Standard USA shipping rates (including USA territories and USA military addresses) are as follows:

$0.01 to $4.99 s/h = $2.75
$5 to $10.99 s/h = $4.95
$11 to $20.99 s/h = $6.00
$21 to $30.99 s/h = $7.00
$31 to $50.99 s/h = $8.25
$51 to $100 s/h = $11.00
$100.01+ s/h = 12%

Orders shipping to non-USA addresses are charged double (2x) the above fixed fees. Foreign orders will be shipped surface. If you would like special shipping (i.e. AIRMAIL), contact the order department BEFORE ordering. Once your order has been submitted, it cannot be changed.
