Returns
Printed Materials - if materials are returned to us in new condition (for resale) with a copy of the receipt or bill of sale, we will refund the purchase price of an item.
Audio Tapes/Video Tapes - if materials are returned to us in new condition, have not been opened, and are accompanied by a copy of the receipt or bill of sale, we will refund the purchase price of an item.
Defective Products - materials that are defective or damaged will be replaced. Do not send back the damaged or defective products - just notify us as soon as the items are recieved, and mention whether the defect is due to shipping.
Shipping/Handling Charges can not be refunded on returned items.
